Tony has been in the industry for over 30 years and is a local lad himself, formally a Rickmansworth school boy, he is an ex semi professional footballer who in his hay day, played for Barnet FC and has strong links with Croxley FC, where he coached for many years and is proud to sponsor the club football kits. His children attended Harvey Road School and then Rickmansworth School and he had a family home in Frankland Road, Croxley Green for 10 years and now resides in Rickmansworth. Over the years, he has developed an extensive network of contacts in the industry and is personally involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the business, handling most valuations personally. He has built up a fantastic team around him, who he is extremely proud of, all of which live locally themselves, giving them in-depth local knowledge of what makes it so great to live in the area.
Juliet handles all our sales from valuation to handing over the keys on completion day. Juliet is a people person who has built up many contacts over the years and often gets repeat business and recommendations from past clients. Juliet is particularly good at sales progression and is very proactive in getting the property through to exchange as quickly as possible. Juliet will often take a chain over where other agents have simply given up and gets the job done. Juliet lives in Croxley Green and has worked for Grosvenor for 8 years. She has a BA Hons degree in Media Production; very useful for our property video details. She lives with her husband Andy and their 4 children. Juliet enjoys walking her dog Frank, gardening, cooking, reading, eating out and renovating properties.
Office Manager/Sale negotiator
Dianne takes care of the everyday running of the office from essential admin to booking appointments, sending out memorandum of sales details and drawing up paperwork for the lettings department. Dianne also is one of our sales negotiators. Dianne often takes on sensitive cases where vendors are very emotional about a property, for instance probate situations. Dianne is a good listener and will hold people’s hands throughout such transactions making the experience as stress free for our vendors as possible. Dianne lives in Croxley and is our longest serving member of staff at 16 years; Dianne likes to travel, dine out, music and concerts, loves dancing in particular salsa and likes arts and crafts. Dianne is also a great baker often bringing in her amazing lemon drizzle cake. Dianne loves visiting her daughter and 3 grandchildren who live in Kent on a regular basis.
Betty handles the letting and management of our entire rental property portfolio; from initial instruction to seeing new tenants into a property and knows the letting business from inside out. Betty has worked for over 30 years managing people in a variety of businesses, she gets on very well with landlords and tenants alike and many of her clients are now friends. She is fair but strong in dealing with the everyday process of letting/managing property which can be very stressful at times and will always go the extra mile to keep everyone happy even taking phone calls at home in her personal time. Betty also lives in Croxley with her partner Shaun and has worked for grosvenor for the past 6 years, Betty loves walking, shopping, going to the theatre, socialising with friends and is a regular networking in the Fox and Hounds. Originally from Hull, Betty makes regular trips back to see her relatives and regularly entertains them at her Croxley home.
A successful team Coordinator, Sales driven, I worked in Trend and Thomas with Adrian Thomas in 1999 from whence I have made many friends in the area, especially, as you would imagine being Italian, I have nurtured through my close links to the restaurant and fashion worlds! I then spent 18 years in the Airline Industry and only recently decided to take on this new challenge. I reside in Chorleywood and was born in Rome, where I studied Languages; I then undertook a Ba Honours in Marketing and Management in London. I have a proven record of achieving and exceeding allocated sales targets and delivering high level of customer service, (by managing a team of 10 sales agents) and through direct sales. Relationship management has been essential in my success with both internal and external customers. One of the most important things that I’ve learnt in my working experience is that a great way to foster loyal customers is to “under promise and over deliver” and by doing this I hope I will bring my value to an already successful business, namely Grosvenor Estates, where I enjoy the property business, meeting people, organising Adrian and look forward to a long term career!
Sadia has worked for us for the past 8 years. She handles all of our energy performance certificates floor plans and photos.
Jackie is responsible for staff wages, lettings invoicing and company accounts. Being wife of Tony, she has been involved with many aspects of the family owned business. More recently, coordinating the website and Croxley office refresh and general holiday office cover. She comes from a banking and accounts background and before children, worked at the Co-op Bank, Mitsubishi Electric and Santa Cruz Operation.
Aimee Melmoth-Bennett (AMB Creative)
Consultant for property/website photography and our pintrest administrator. Aimee recently graduated from the Arts University Bournemouth and has a degree in commercial photography. She is presently working in London for Electric Theatre Collective and consults for us in her spare time.
Julie has recently joined us in our Croxley Green office and has experience in sales and customer relations background. Julie has joined our increasing busy lettings/management department to assist on everything from showing property to drawing up the tenancy agreement and handing over the keys. Julie lives in Croxley Green and is married with three children.
